Dad's medical bill

My father is the only one I have since I lost my mom few years ago. Pls I need help as he's fallen severly ill. The doctors haven't told me exactly what's wrong with him but they told me he can't urinate and all the pee in his bladder is at breaking point so he needs a surgical session. Pls I beg you. I do not have money to pay for it since I'm a 16 year old with no license. I beg you . Help me
