Help Bunmi Ibitomi beat Cancer

Good day good friends and good people of our great Nation Nigeria. I am Ms Olubunmi Temitope Ibitomi (AKA Efejuku Olubunmi Temitope). I am currently a Single mum of three young kids. I was diagnosed of Breast Cancer sometime in 2022 and I have been on a quest to defeat the menace since then. It all started with the discovery of a lump under my armpit around April, 2022. When l lay down on my side, I realised I felt the lump on the aorta part of my left breast. In May 2022, I went to Leah Foundation to run a scan of the breast and based on the result, I was advised to proceed for Fine Needle Aspiration, which I did. The result was taken to the Pathology department of University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital and I was told that I have Breast Cancer possibly at stage 3. I proceeded for a True Cut Biopsy and immediately commenced Chemotherapy. I underwent 7 sessions of Chemotherapy which shrunk the tumor significantly and afterwards I was booked for a Masectomy in April, 2023 at University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital. After the Masectomy, I was told I will need to be placed on Aceptin Injection treatment for a year due to the Immonochemistry result of the first finding, and also proceed for 6 weeks of Radiation therapy. The whole process has been mentally, physically and financially draining. However, I am very optimistic that with God on my side, with everyone's support, I will beat the disease. I have been seeing 2 major Consultants at University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH) and another Consultant at Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH). Details will be provided on request. So far, we have spent over well over Eight Million, Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N8,500,000) on the treatment. Which included cost of Running tests and Scans, Chemotherapy, surgery, drugs, injections and other hospital bills including Consultation. Bulk of the funds came from Friends and family Members. Subsequent treatment will be for proper healing and prevention of a recurrence. I have been told I will be on an Injection (Subcut Filgrastim 300mcg) monthly for about 18months costing a minimum of Three Hundred & Fifty Thousand Naira (N350,000) per month and Six Million, Three Hundred Thousand Naira (N6,300,000) for the 18months. Also, I will be on medication for 3 to 5years, costing approximately Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000) per month and Three Million Naira (N3,000,000) for 5years at current price. There will also be other hospital expenses plus consultation expenses to be incured. This is why I have decided to come out and seek your help as I have currently run out of resources. I hope to raise about Ten Million Naira (N10,000,000) and pray it covers bulk of the cost. I strongly believe I will be victorious and live to share my testimony.
