Please Help Save Ikenna’s Life

Ikenna Mbeki is just 12 years old. A quiet, gentle boy who should be in school, laughing with friends but instead, he’s in a hospital bed, fighting for his life.

He’s been unwell since the age of 9, but it wasn’t until last year that we finally got the heartbreaking diagnosis: Burkitt’s Lymphoma, a fast-growing and painful form of cancer.

What started as a small swelling has turned into a life threatening battle. He’s now admitted at ESUT Teaching Hospital, Parklane, receiving treatment. He’s weak. He’s tired. But he hasn’t given up.

As his loved ones, we’re doing everything we can, but we can’t do it alone. Ikenna needs urgent support for continued care, medications, and specialized treatment.

Every passing day matters. Every act of kindness could be the reason he gets to live, grow up, and one day tell his story.
