Help Mrs Chinyere Enuwendidi fight Hepatic dysfunction

She is my mum & she's is dire need of serious medical attention. She's been diagnosed with a high blood pressure & Hepatic dysfunction. It has done serious damage to her liver. My dad is late & everything has been on my head since he passed away
