Adara Ayobami Sodeeq gained admission this year to Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti but was unable to take it up due to his Illness Ayobami was diagnosed with Alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma at Uniosun teaching hospital in January, his leg got Amputated in May, and was referred to UCH, Ibadan for chemotherapy, Radiology, and other treatments. Although, he was not admitted. He had only collected three Chemotherapy when the doctor discovered cancer has spread to his lung and it has been affecting him; with cough, pain, and sleepless nights. The doctor advised changing the chemotherapy to another type and this cost 160k each for every 3 weeks which excludes other treatments....One of his legs amputated already.
